InsideOut Technologies will work with your company to keep your website up to date. There are four(4) different plans to choose from. If you are concerned with how many updates you will make, contact us and we can analyze your website to determine the best plan for you!

Platinum Plan:
The Platinum Plan is designed to meet the needs of those businesses who are rapidly changing and need their website to be just as dynamic. Many companies want the confidence that their website is up to date day-to-day. The InsideOut Technologies Platinum Plan will meet those needs!

• Includes up to 4 hours per month of updates (approximately 16-18 changes)
• Choose from any of the "Maintenance Items"
• Quick turn-around time (1-3 days for each request)
• Minimum 6-month contract
• Additional hours available at a reduced rate ***

Gold Plan:
The InsideOut Technologies Gold Plan is for those whose website changes more often and tends to get out of date easily. With this plan, you can concentrate on your core business and we can assure that your website is working to promote your business.

• Includes up to 2 hours per month of updates (approximately 8-10 changes)
• Choose from any of the "Maintenance Items"
• Quick turn-around time (1-3 days for each request)
• Minimum 6-month contract
• Additional hours available at a reduced rate ***

Silver Plan:
Need to make minimal changes to your site? Text? Links? Images? The InsideOut Technologies Silver Plan works for you on the inside so that your website stays up to date with the outside.

• Includes up to 1 hour per month of updates (approximately 3-4 changes)
• Choose from any of the "Maintenance Items"
• Quick turn-around time (1-2 days for each request)
• Minimum 6-month contract
• Additional hours available at a reduced rate ***

Flex Plan:
Priced per hour
Pick the number of hours that you need for updates. The InsideOut Technologies Flex Plan gives you the same maintenance, just at the number of hours of your choice.

*** Unless specifically requested, InsideOut Technologies will not go over the plan's allotted time without notice. Once the plan's contract hours have been exhausted for the month, InsideOut Technologies will contact you when additional hours are needed. It is your choice to use additional hours that month at the reduced rate or to wait until the following month before continuing. The charge per hour for additional time over the allotted amount depends on your plan.

What each plan's hours can be used for?
All three (3) maintenance plans allow you to make updates using any/all of the following items:

E-newsletters (adding content and sending) Content Additions Content Updates Form Additions or Creations Photo Albums Custom Content Formatting / Content Templates Image Formatting

Links and Redirects Store Set-up / Store Item creation Audio File Formatting / Posting Video File Posting Digital Document to PDF Document Event Postings (home page or event manager) Paper to Digital Transformation - Document or Photos

Helpful Information...

• If Plan Hours are used and additional work is needed, the hourly rate for your plan will be used.
• InsideOut Maintenance Plans are for 6 month contracts.
• Hours do not rollover from month to month.
• Early withdrawal from a maintenance plan will result in 1 additional month fee
• Plans can be billed monthly or prepaid.

What if I need to change Maintenance Plans?

- Maintenance Plans can be upgraded at no additional cost, at any time during the contract period. The Original Contract Completion Date will be upheld without change as well.

- Maintenance Plans can be downgraded at any time, but will incur a $50 fee.
